Royal T Plumbing serves homeowners across Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster, with select service in nearby Metro Vancouver areas. We keep our coverage tight so response times stay fast and costs stay fair. When you call, we answer, confirm your location, and get straight to the issue. No bouncing around.
Most of our work is residential. Service calls, boilers, heat pumps, renovations, and new builds. For urgent problems, we show up with stocked vans, protect your space, and focus on stopping damage first. Then we explain the fix and the price before work starts. For installs, we size systems properly, follow BC code, pull permits when required, and leave mechanical rooms clean and easy to service later.
Renovations and new builds are handled end to end. We coordinate with your GC, stay on schedule for inspections, and keep the site tidy. We stand behind our work. If something we installed fails due to workmanship, we fix it. Communication stays simple by phone or text so you always know what’s happening.
