We ran new lines for the sink, dishwasher, and fridge, set valves within easy reach, and added hammer arrestors to quiet the system. The island drain is vented and secure, and panels remain serviceable. Gas service was upgraded with proper shutoffs and full pressure tests. Clearances are correct, finishes are protected, and everything is labeled for future work. The space looks clean and performs like a modern workspace from day one.
